To find out the reason why you were banned, write us on e-mail [email protected].

Your message should include

1. The name of the game (We receive letters from players of all our games);

2. Your ID (ID is personal identification code of every player. It's set in the settings);

3. Your nickname and level (If you don't remember your ID, this information will help us to find your profile);

4. Describe your problem in the letter. 

If you saw cheater in the battle, please, write technical support about it. Your message should include:

1. Exact nickname of the player who you suspect in cheating;

2. The reason why you suspect him or her;

3. Attach screenshots (if any);

4. ID of the battle (written in the lower right corner in the battle and in the upper left corner in the table after the battle).

Any information about this player and his or her violations will help us to handle this situation as soon as possible. 

Leaving battle for any reason is not forbidden by the game rules. 

If a player systematically quits the battle to disadvantage his team and has many complaints on such a player, measures may be taken against his profile.

Player nicknames and fleet names that include: insults, veiled matting, insulting other players etc. are forbidden in the game.

If you encounter a player or fleet with a banned nickname/title, please contact technical support using the feedback form or write to the administrator of the official game community in the social network Facebook or Discord. Specify the nickname of the player and attach screenshots of the situation.

Chat rules 

It is forbidden to give, sell or give away your account to other players in the game. It is also forbidden to log into another player's account on any pretext whatsoever. 

For violation of the game rules, action will be taken against player profiles.

8. Fraud

8.2 Buying, selling, renting, or giving the account to someone else. 

There will be punishment for breaking the game rules and the player accounts will be dealt with.

According to the rules of chat, in-game chat is forbidden:

6. Obscene language in all its manifestations (veiled, censored symbols, including slang etc.)

7. Insults, mate, threats, slander and negative discussion about Players or Developers.

8. Placing any materials containing mate, swearing, insults or humiliation of human dignity.
