Troubles in the game

  • What should I do if I got disconnected?

  • If you got disconnected from the battle, first of all, check your internet connection.

    You can also check your ping to Amsterdam or Singapore, depending on what server you are playing. Remember that it shouldn't be higher than 300 ms.

    We recommend you to get acquainted with the minimal system requirements for our game. If your device suits system requirement and your ping doesn't exceed the maximum level of threshold, please, contact technical support.

    Don't forget to write ID of the battle where error occurred. 

  • The game is slowing down

  • If you have problems with the game, then you can take a number of measures to improve the quality of the game. First, change the graphics quality in the settings. The lower the graphics quality, the less RAM and graphics memory is required for its processing. Also close background applications that may load the system.

  • The game shows me connection error!

  • The reason of this error may be either due to the works on the server (we warn players in advance in our official groups) or due to unstable internet connection.

    Remember that the closer you are to server the better connection will be.

    We recommend you to check your ping to Amsterdam (Europe) or Singapore (Asia), depending on where your server is located. It shouldn't be higher than 300 ms.

    Close background apps that can load your internet connection.

    Clean RAM and check if the game conflicts with antivirus.

    If the error appears again, please, contact technical support. 

    Don't forget to write ID of the battle where error occurred. 

  • I'd completed the task, but didn't get the reward!

  • Sometimes task update requires some time. However, it will be added to your count anyway. Try to re-enter the game and check if task's status was updated. Also check if you have fulfilled all the conditions of the task (for example, "within one battle" or "in one shot").

  • Missing interface

  • Our team is investigating this problem. We need to gather as much information on the situation as possible in order to solve the problem as quickly as possible. If you encounter this problem, please contact Technical Support using the feedback form, providing the following information:

    1. What activities did you do before the problem appeared?

    2. How often does the problem occur? 

    3. Have you noticed any pattern?


    Please send all of the above information, if possible. This will help us in solving the problem.

  • Player shoots through obstacles

  • The shooting through the obstacles may occur due to the big unsynchronization between players. Unsynchronization occurs between players due to the problem with Internet on one of the sides (when not enough to be completely disconnected from the game).

    Players on the battlefield are displayed as virtual entities, which synchronize with server (position, state and so on).

    So, let's us examine the situation: the enemy is near the shelter - you see him, but you see virtual entity, which is displayed there in accordance with synchronized data. 

    The enemy has poor internet-connection and suddenly decides to hide behind the shelter so he actually does it (on his game client).

    However, due to the problems with internet-connection this information doesn't come to the server at once (and also server needs to send you information about this player's movement).

    You fire at this player at point-blank range and hit him (while on his device he is behind the shelter). You send server information about hitting, which sends it to your enemy (in case of connection stabilization). But he himself received this information being behind the obstacle. So he considers it as enemy shoot through the obstacle, however for you this player was at point-blank range and only after that hided behind the shelter. 
    It works in both directions.

    That's why we disconnect players with very bad internet-connection - in order not to make this problem worse. 
    In case of normal interaction all these processes work perfectly,

    However if you have any reasoned suspicions, that shooting through the obstacles happen due to the other reason - we are ready to listen to it.  

  • Question mark in the final table after the battle

  • You see question marks if the battle ended incorrectly. Anyway, you get what you earned in the battle. For this we added system that checks all your logs in the battle and recounts it in case of incorrect battle ending. You receive your award with notification after restarting a game. 

  • No ads found at the moment

  • Ads are provided by Unity ads and are limited to each region. 

    If you receive an error saying "No advertisement was found at the moment, please try again later. It's possible that your region has run out of ad impressions. We advise you to wait a while and try again.
