In Navy War you have the opportunity to hire a crew for your ship. Each captain has his own strengths, and improves your ship depending on his skills.

To hire a captain, click on the "Appoint" button

As you increase the rank of a captain, you improve his unique skill.

- A captain can only operate one ship.

- A captain can be transferred to another ship, with his skills retained, and they are also retained when he is suspended.

- Captain's training is paid with silver, gold and experience
